Why This Works

BAD MATERIALS MAKE
GOOD DEALS LOOK SMALL.

The opportunity might be strong — but if the deck is messy, confusing, or hard to follow, people start questioning the deal before they understand it. My job is to make the story, the numbers, the upside, and the next step feel clear, credible, and worth the conversation.

  • Sharpen the offer
  • Clean up the story
  • Make the numbers make sense
  • Turn complexity into confidence
  • Build assets that keep selling after the call

Don't let the deck undersell the deal.

02 — Regulated Markets & Growth Capital

COMPLICATED OFFERS.
CLEANER MATERIALS.

Cannabis, consumer brands, government contracting, and growth-stage offers where the deck has to explain the business, clear the confusion, and still make the opportunity feel worth chasing.

Complex offers don't need more explanation. They need better structure.

Featured Government Contracting Package

B2G CONNECT
Welcome Package

A client-facing sales and onboarding package for a government-contracting services company.

Government contracting is confusing by default. Registrations, certifications, GSA, SAM, set-asides, buyer research, proposal support, compliance, and business development can turn into a wall of jargon fast. This package was built to make the offer feel organized, understandable, and easier to buy.

The job was to make a complex B2G service feel like a clear next step.

  • Government contracting onboarding package
  • Registration & certification services
  • GSA, SAM, WOSB, VOSB, SDVOSB, 8(a) & HUBZone positioning
  • Capability statements, proposal & BD support
  • Buyer research & gov-opportunity database positioning
  • Complex B2B/B2G services made easier to understand

How I Build These

I DON'T START WITH DESIGN.
I START WITH THE DEAL.

Before the deck gets pretty, the offer has to make sense. I look at the asset, the market, the numbers, the buyer, the investor, the objections, and the next step. Then I build the deck around the parts that actually move the decision.

01

The Inputs

The notes, PDFs, spreadsheets, old decks, and investor calls — the raw pieces that usually live in ten different places.

02

The Story

What is the deal? Why now? Why this operator? Why this market? Why should someone care?

03

The Proof

Numbers, traction, assets, partners, use of funds, timing, leadership, risks — the pieces that make the opportunity feel real.

04

The Deck

A clean, sharp, visual presentation that reads like someone serious built it — because someone serious did.

05

The Follow-Up

One-sheets, summaries, short versions, email assets, web pages — whatever helps the materials keep selling.

"You already have the deal. I help make it clear, credible, and ready to put in front of investors."

The Deck Is One Part of the Machine

Video, ads & web build the pipeline.
The deck helps close it.

I also build the landing pages, ads, video, and follow-up that get the right people into the conversation — before the deck ever hits their inbox.

Have a Raise, Sale, or Investor Meeting Coming Up?

NO MATTER WHERE YOUR DEAL STANDS,
I CAN MAKE IT REAL.

Tell me where the deal stands and what needs to happen next — I'll turn it into materials that look serious, read clearly, and move the conversation forward.
